submitting a product through /apply or any other channel on this site does not create a partnership, investment, employment, confidentiality, fiduciary, or commercial agreement of any kind. berries evaluates submissions at its sole discretion. if there is mutual interest, both sides will enter a separate, formal review and written agreement process.

you confirm that the information you submit is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party. you grant berries a limited, non-exclusive licence to review and internally analyse your submission for the purposes described in our privacy notice.

05 · claims, examples, and outcomes

examples, simulator outputs, charts, illustrative figures, and any forward-looking statements on this site are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, forecast, or representation of any specific commercial outcome. past performance — whether of berries, its operators, or any signed product — does not guarantee future results.

berries does not guarantee growth, app-store rankings, revenue, user acquisition costs, or any other specific commercial metric. any deal entered into between berries and a partner will be governed by a separate written agreement that supersedes any impression conveyed by the website.
